Today our "Weather Boy" showed Isaac that it was okay to wear a swimsuit and sunglasses outside as his temperature reading was a balmy 71 degrees and sunny. After my boy donned his summer attire with delight, he was shocked into reality when he stepped outside into sleety rain. (Turns out you have to replace the batteries on the outdoor thermometer every once in a while to make Weather Boy happy.) He recovered quickly however, and dressed himself in his second favorite wardrobe - jammies.
Abby came home just in time for an impressive hailstorm and couldn't resist the urge to jump.
The hail was fun- until she decided to look up at it pounding down from the heavens... POW! Got socked right in the eyeball:)
We are looking forward to a few days of sunshine...hopefully the weatherman is a bit more reliable than Weather Boy!
