"Dat's Cawled Bottom"

One of my favorite things about our new house is the huge maple tree in the backyard. All spring and summer we played in its shade and now that the season has turned, it is providing us with the greatest entertainment of the year - fall leaves!

I feel the urge to share our favorite Abby quote: "When da weaves fawll off da twees, dat's cawled bottom." (I don't have the heart to tell her it's really called Autumn.)

We've had a great time jumping, sliding, and hiding in the leaves in our yard. It was a sad day when daddy had to rake them up.
