Now that Isaac is one, it seems that every day brings another first. First words, (with actual meaning attached) "Dada, Mama, and Ball"...
First bike...
First nose-dive-into-the-empty-bathtub-shiner. (Notice the purple welt under his left eye.)
And today, his first haircut. I bit the bullet and decided to spend the extra $3 and take him to Cookie Cutters to get it done...it was worth every penny. First, they put your kid in a really cool car of their choice. Then they turn them into little zombies by turning on a video right in front of them. (Can you tell from this photo that Isaac doesn't watch much tv?)
Bubbles, toys, and suckers are readily on hand to help the little ones make it through with as few tears as possible.
Teresa was great, Isaac was thrilled with another first...first sucker.
He even got a balloon for his good behavior.
We look forward to discovering more and more firsts with this handsome little guy.
