Welcome, Little Jasmine
Yesterday morning, around 5:00 AM, Ben's sister Elaine and her husband Irfan welcomed little Jasmine Heba Quraishi into the world. I met her this afternoon and fell immediately in love with her squishy little nose, her bright, curious eyes and locks and locks of thick, dark hair. Abby is excited to have another little girl in the family - for three and a half years, she has reigned as "Queen" of the Lowry gang as the only girl out of 9 grandchildren. When I told her that Jasmine was born, she said, "Yeah, Princess Jasmine is here!" I have a feeling this little girl will be very well loved.
